Using our persona and use case development process, we identified the individuals within companies that made the decision to buy Oniqua’s software. We also identified the situations that caused those people to be more receptive to Oniqua’s sales efforts. This information helped to inform website copy and SEO keywords, resulting in a 96% increase in organic search traffic and a 126% increase in page views.
