Case Study: A New Site and A New Direction for Oniqua
The Challenge
Oniqua is a software technology company that optimizes maintenance and operational inventories for mining, energy and transportation companies. While expanding their operations, their new VP of Marketing thought it was time for a new website that could drive more leads and serve as an anchor for other marketing activities.
The Solution
MCG proposed re-designing Oniqua’s website and implementing personas and use cases to better target Oniqua’s different customer groups based on their individual needs. We were tasked with conducting the research, creating customer personas and defining the use cases that made Oniqua’s software relevant to target customers. MCG then integrated this information into a new website that would better speak to potential customers’ individual needs and goals.
The Results
The website launch went off without a hitch. The entire company loved the new site and the new direction. Since its inception the site has been an invaluable asset as Oniqua pursues aggressive sales goals.
