VoIP Service Awareness Campaign
Client Profile: New Global Telecom, Inc. (NGT) is a leading provider of hosted and trunk-based voice over IP (VoIP) solutions in the United States.
Challenge: NGT had recently launched a new, small business VoIP service that was being sold to indirect channels through value-added resellers. Since NGT was a largely unknown retail brand, and resellers were just learning about the NGT services, they need an engaging, easy way to inform prospects about their new service.
MCG Solution: As NGT.com is set up largely to service NGT’s wholesale customers, MCG recommended that NGT create a new microsite to become the one-stop destination for information about their new VoIP service. The microsite, named NGT Digital Voice Hub, included several interactive elements that were designed to keep visitors highly engaged while they learned about NGT’s offerings.
Results: NGT found that their partners not only used the Hub as a sales tool, the majority of the larger partners asked to have the site customized so it could be featured on their own homepages.
