Integrated Marketing: "Watch It Grow" Campaign

 

Client Profile: Level 3 Communications, Inc. is a leading international provider of fiber-based communications services.

 

Challenge: Level 3 was not achieving its goals to sell to more existing Tier 1 cable operators or penetrate their targeted list of Tier 2 cable operators.

 

MCG Solution: MCG created and executed an integrated marketing campaign that was tightly correlated to the sales team’s efforts. The campaign, which included direct mail, email, video and online assets, was customizable according to each sales representative’s needs and customer type.

 

Results: The campaign succeeded in setting appointments for eight of the 60 targeted Tier 2 providers. MCG also integrated the Flash with Google Analytics to track click-through results.
