Challenge: ACT Conferencing wanted a more productive and cost-effective way to generate new leads online and needed a new web presence emphasizing their world-class customer service.
MCG Solution: First, MCG designed a visually appealing website intended to drive leads, which highlighted actual ACT employees. Second, MCG worked with ACT to create a series of dynamic banner ads that were specifically tailored to each of the three target audiences: professionals in HR, Finance and IT.
Results: ACT measured a substantial increase in warm leads generated by the new website, and the click-through rate (CTR) on the banner ads was over three times higher than the average CTR on the target advertising network.
