The Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet) needed to be more effective in promoting their mission of resolving customer support issues through collaborations between multiple technology companies. MCG was therefore tasked with creating a new logo, website, corporate video, and social media campaign in order to help TSANet reinvigorate itself and publicize this multi vendor support message to both existing and new members.

The forgotten "Thank You"

In this age of marketing automation and CRMs, one tried-and-true piece of the puzzle that has been vastly forgotten is the “Thank You.” Lionell Mann at Technically Marketing writes that adding a “Thank You” or “Confirmation” page to your website not only qualifies as proper etiquette these days, but will increase the reach and return of all of the marketing it took to get leads to your landing page in the first place. Mann argues, “A good ‘thank-you’ page can turn a one-time business engagement into a lifetime business opportunity.” With a relatively simplistic design, the returns of having a “Thank You” page greatly outweigh the costs.
