What does the MCG team do to occupy our minds when we're not coming with creative ideas for our clients? Easy, we come up with creative ideas for ourselves. Help us give art the business at our First-Friday exhibit featuring artwork from our own creative team. We'll also be giving away two free classes at Canvas and Cocktails, so you too can get creative in your downtime.

We’ve posted a few times on the blog about how much we love where we work. For those who are unfamiliar, MCG’s office is in the heart of the Art District on Santa Fe, a network of over 60 art galleries, studios, theatres, restaurants, and other creative industries. All of the energy flowing around the district from these creatives inspires us everyday because they’ve been doing some major things since we’ve moved here. Since the District’s inception in 2003, they’ve turned the area from a notably “rough” neighborhood into a thriving district with hundreds of members.

I sometimes get people who are excited to come visit our offices due to its location as well as how fun and casual our offices are. Even if we are outgrowing our current offices and looking for larger space, we're still going to stay in the Art District on Santa Fe. This cornerstone of Denver's art, music and entertainment scene is not only a great place to work, but has some of the most enjoyable people in the world. Denver post just wrote an article about the music side of the arts here in the district. It's a great article and just another reason I'm proud of not only having our offices here in the Santa Fe Art District, but also a reason why I'm proud to serve on its board.
