Salesforce power! Add a web to lead form to your site
Salesforce is a mighty beast, a veritable God of sales tracking automation. And like any good deity, it is both awe-inspiring and full of complexity, especially to anyone new to the system. You log in and are all like “Holy cow! There are so many things in there! Whatever do I do with all of these things?!” First step – take a deep breath. Second step? Hey, let’s build a form to capture leads!
So, your company has a website, and it’s got a form or three. Maybe right now the form submits directly to an email, or a database somewhere. But, in an ideal world, everything would go straight in Salesforce. Because, let’s face it, Salesforce’s awesomeness goes all the way up to 11. How convenient that capturing and organizing your leads is pretty easy to do with Salesforce once you know where to begin.
We here at MCG have put together a PDF instructional document to take you through the steps of adding Salesforce web-to-lead functionality to your website’s forms so your forms (or sanity) don’t die in a bizarre gardening accident or by spontaneous combustion.
