ICMI debuts its first company commercial

MCG is proud to announce that the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) -  an industry leader in Call Center education and training -  has released its first ever company “commercial”. MCG produced two versions (long and short) and ICMI has reported that the videos have received great reviews internally and wonderful feedback from viewers! In addition to being shown at work shops and trade events, the video can be seen on ICMI's homepage panel.
