MCG is proud to announce that our CEO, Brett Schklar, will be one of the key speakers at the Denver Boulder Software Club event this Wednesday, November 16, 2011. The member-only event, titled "SaaS Sales & Marketing - What You Need to Know for 2012," will focus on the new issues and challenges SaaS brings to Sales and Marketing, including:

  • Channel Mix for SaaS: indirect vs. direct channels and social media

  • Pricing: legacy pricing conversion, creating new pricing structures and dealing with uncertainty in new markets

  • Sales Compensation and Performance: new methods for salary and variable compensation and tools for sales performance and measurement

  • Cost of Sales: many SaaS based companies need a much lower cost of sales to match lower price points and less initial cash intake
